01.Fixed-Scope Statement of Work (SOW)
All BobsonTech client engagements are structured on a clear, fixed-price Statement of Work (SOW) delivered following the technical discovery audit. We define exact input formats, trigger events, validation rules, target ERP/database actions, and delivery timelines prior to commencing development.
02.100% Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final milestone settlement, the client receives 100% full legal ownership of all source code, script repositories, documentation, and configuration files. BobsonTech charges zero recurring per-bot licensing fees or proprietary runtime royalties.
03.30-Day Post-Launch Hypercare Warranty
Every custom automation project includes 30 consecutive calendar days of post-launch hypercare support at zero additional charge. This covers code defect resolutions, minor parameter tuning, and exception logging refinements.
04.Payment & Milestone Structure
Standard project terms operate on milestone billing (typically 50% upon sprint kickoff and architecture approval, and 50% upon successful staging validation and production handover). Retainer support plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
